Hi, I'm Frankie Fitness, and I've JUST started this blog. I haven't blogged before, but let's hope I get into it.
As you may have gotten from my nickname, I'm a real fitness fanatic, I'm 46 years old and actually fitter than I've ever been before. I train six days a week and also help people at my gym reach their fitness goals.
